My guest today is Kenneth whom I met on LinkedIn after seeing a post that went viral where he was celebrating his 4 years clean and sober. Kenneth got in trouble after getting out of the military because he became addicted to cocaine so he could drink more, and began dealing it. He says that going to prison was the best thing that ever happened to him because he was able to focus on his personal growth and create a vision for his future company.

Army veteran Kenneth Carter wasn’t going to stop dealing or using drugs and alcohol, until prison forced him to. Rather than just bide his time behind bars, he used it to build a future he could be proud of. Now he’s helping others do the same.
Kenneth Carter is the perfect example of someone who can show us that YOU ARE POWERFUL on your own. He could've used his life experience and imprisonment as a way out of life. He could've easily used his past to not work on his present, but instead, he focused on the present. We talked about his military training, being addicted to alcohol, which turned into selling illegal substances, got some jail time, and finally, his new and fulfilling life. If you are stuck in the past or don't know where to go from where you're currently at, this episode is perfect for you.
When you listen to Kenneth's story you will understand that There Is Hope!
